Nervous about making the call? You have nothing to worry about. Here's what actually happens.

We talk about you first, your doctors, your medications, what you're worried about. Plan names come later. I answer your questions in plain English, no jargon and no pressure.

You can decide later. Go home, think it over, call me back. We can meet at your kitchen table, over coffee or on Zoom or just over the phone, whatever's comfortable for you.

And it costs you nothing. Just say, Julianne, I have a Medicare question. That's it.

Let's make Medicare make sense together.

Two ways to meet

Julianne sharing a conversation with a client at a cafe

Over coffee

Meet face-to-face at an agreed cafe or location in San Luis Obispo or Santa Barbara County.

By Zoom

Join from home on your computer, tablet, or phone. Julianne sends the link after you arrange a time.

A conversation about your situation

Bring the questions that have been on your mind. You can discuss your enrollment timing, current coverage, doctors, prescriptions, and budget.

Send a request below and Julianne will follow up to arrange a time. A request is not an automatically confirmed appointment.

Before we meet

If you want to talk about specific Medicare Advantage or Part D plans, Medicare requires a Scope of Appointment on file first. Julianne will send you a short form that lists the types of products you would like to discuss, normally at least 48 hours before you meet. It does not obligate you to enroll in anything.

If you ask Julianne to meet at your home, California law requires written notice at least 24 hours in advance. You are welcome to have family or anyone else you choose present, and you can end the meeting at any time.

Talk it through

Your questions belong here.

Julianne can help you understand how this applies to your own coverage and plans.
