Nervous about making the call? You have nothing to worry about. Here's what actually happens.

We talk about you first, your doctors, your medications, what you're worried about. Plan names come later. I answer your questions in plain English, no jargon and no pressure.

You can decide later. Go home, think it over, call me back. We can meet at your kitchen table, over coffee or on Zoom or just over the phone, whatever's comfortable for you.

And it costs you nothing. Just say, Julianne, I have a Medicare question. That's it.

Let's make Medicare make sense together.

Hi, I'm Julianne Dickey, We Care Medicare, your local insurance Medicare advocate. People ask me, what exactly is a Medicare insurance advocate? I'm licensed and I work for you, not the insurance companies.

I explain how Medicare works, Parts A, B, C, and D, and then how the local plans work for you. I compare plans using your doctors, your medications, and your budget. When something changes mid-year, like a doctor drops out of a plan, or maybe your medication goes to a pricier tier, you call me, not an 800 number.

And my guidance costs you nothing. I'm paid directly by the insurance companies. That's the whole job.

Call me and see. Let's make Medicare make sense together.
